Today’s Business Leader on the Move is Mr. Toby Smith, owner of Bobcat tractors and parts with several locations throughout South Florida. A fellow Rotarian, Toby is the Assistant Governor of area 6990 and while conversing about how to increase membership, he shared a story on how his family business attracts and retains customers.
